Omar Woodard

Omar is the executive director of HRS Management. Prior to that, he was executive director of GreenLight Fund Philadelphia, a nonprofit venture fund investing to improve economic mobility. Omar was policy director for the PA State Senate Minority Whip, and policy director for a Philadelphia mayoral campaign. He has over fifteen years of experience and leadership across government, business, and philanthropy. A native North Philadelphian and graduate of Girard College, he earned a master’s degree in nonprofit management and governance from the George Washington University.
