Lorraine Jabouin

Lorraine is a mission-driven relationship builder and strategic innovator with a passion for uplifting marginalized communities in need of socio-economic and political prosperity. She is committed to administering effective solutions towards dismantling societal barriers through direct service, advocacy and justice.

Lorraine has held roles in various organizations committed to addressing systemic inequities for vulnerable populations through social services, youth education and engagement, and legal assistance. Most recently, she worked as a program manager at Compass Working Capital, a financial services and economic mobility non-profit, where she managed external partnerships and the operation of a HUD asset-building program for families with low incomes across the country.
